Hill House Care Home is a large Country House set in open countryside. It was once owned by the Chamberlain family and has seen some important visitors over the years. The home has recently benefited from a new development of seventeen rooms in a stunning contemporary building. The new addition has proved so popular that a further wing is being developed to ensure that Hill House is a must for anyone seeking care, whether nursing, residential, respite, short or long stay. The gardens are a magnificent feature and there are wonderful views across the Dauntsey Vale. Hill House has good sized rooms and residents can enjoy both the old building and the new. There is a large dining room, a drawing room, a spacious lounge overlooking the gardens and the distant landscape. There is a bar and coffee shop, along with a hair and beauty salon, where visiting hairdressers and beauty specialists to provide all the additional care that residents require. Skype is available to residents who might have family and friends further away, or abroad, and help is given to access this service. The nearby market town of Malmesbury boasts a charter from 880AD and has an interesting museum and Abbey, which are worth a visit.
